Who you are
You have a proven track record in campaign management, with experience leading integrated lead-generation campaigns that drive awareness and engagement. Your organizational skills allow you to manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring that all aspects of the campaign lifecycle are executed flawlessly. You are self-driven and thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with stakeholders across Product, Field, and Marketing Operations teams.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external agencies ensures that campaign strategies are aligned and impactful. You are detail-oriented, with a knack for content development and activation strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Desirable
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes. You may have a background in demand generation or marketing analytics, which enhances your ability to drive campaign success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategy and content development to activation and reporting. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to shape campaign strategies that align with business goals. Once campaigns are ready, you will work closely with global and regional teams to launch them across various channels, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
Post-launch, you will monitor performance metrics, report weekly and monthly results, and provide insights to optimize campaigns. Your focus will be on highlighting progress against goals, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving continuous improvement in campaign execution. You will also engage with Demand Generation teams to identify and execute owned-channel tactics such as webinars and email nurture programs.
