You have a proven track record in campaign management, with experience leading integrated lead-generation campaigns that drive awareness and engagement. Your organizational skills allow you to manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring that each campaign is executed flawlessly. You are self-driven and thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with stakeholders across various departments to shape campaign strategies. Your analytical mindset enables you to monitor campaign performance effectively, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. You understand the importance of aligning campaign goals with business objectives and are skilled at optimizing content for maximum impact.
Desirable
Experience in digital marketing channels, including webinars and email nurture programs, is a plus. Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign success will enhance your ability to drive results. You are comfortable working with external agencies and have a knack for creating high-impact marketing assets that resonate with target audiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategy and content development to activation and reporting. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including Product, Field, and Corporate Communications teams, to ensure that campaigns are aligned with business objectives. Once campaigns are ready, you will work closely with global and regional teams to launch them across various channels. Post-launch, you will monitor performance metrics, report weekly and monthly results, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns. Your ability to identify risks and opportunities will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and achieving campaign goals.
