Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong service background with experience in managing teams, ideally in industries such as DTH, broadband, or consumer electronics. Your local market knowledge allows you to understand the dynamics of the area and effectively strategize for growth. You possess a trainer mindset, enabling you to develop your team while ensuring they meet service level agreements and manage ticket closures efficiently. Your analytical skills help you manage data effectively, ensuring that your team operates smoothly and meets the demands of the business.
What you'll do
As the Service Team Lead, you will manage a team of 15-20 service field executives, ensuring they are equipped to handle proactive and reactive merchant issues. You will oversee the logistics of material management, ensuring efficient forward and reverse logistics from the hub to the field service executives. Your role will involve formulating strategies to grow the penetration of Paytm's QR Code and Sound Box business, responding to local competition with effective counter-strategies. You will also be responsible for upselling and enhancing the distribution and market share in your assigned area of operations.
