Who you are

You have 1-2 years of experience in travel sales or call center operations — you've handled customer inquiries and bookings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Your strong communication skills enable you to engage effectively with customers, providing them with the best travel options and solutions.

You are detail-oriented and customer-focused — you understand the importance of accurate information and timely responses in the travel industry. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment allows you to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining high service standards.

Familiarity with GDS systems, such as Amadeus or Galileo, is preferred — you know how to process reservations, changes, and cancellations efficiently. Your sales skills help you upsell additional services like seats, baggage, and insurance, contributing to the company's revenue goals.

What you'll do

As an Outbound Sales Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls related to flight inquiries and bookings. You will provide fare quotes, schedules, and the best travel options to customers, ensuring they have all the information needed to make informed decisions.

You will process reservations, changes, and cancellations using GDS systems, ensuring accurate PNR creation and adherence to airline policies. Meeting sales and conversion targets will be a key part of your role, as you strive to upsell seats, baggage, meals, insurance, and other travel add-ons.

Your responsibilities will also include delivering high-quality customer service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the booking process. You will work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to provide support to customers at all times.
