Paytm is hiring an Associate Customer Support Agent to handle customer queries via voice and email in the insurance process. You'll ensure timely resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction in Noida.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a recent graduate with a degree in any discipline and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You have 0-3 years of experience in a voice and email support process, preferably in the insurance domain. You are committed to providing a high level of customer satisfaction and are comfortable working in a structured environment with defined processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls as well as email communications. You will ensure that all customer interactions are resolved within defined service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain quality metrics such as customer satisfaction (CSAT) and productivity. You will also be responsible for updating customer interactions in the DevRev CRM system and adhering to process guidelines and Zero Tolerance policies.
