Who you are

You have 2–4 years of experience in Vendor Management, Operations, or Finance Support roles — you've developed strong coordination and communication skills that allow you to effectively manage vendor interactions and internal workflows. Your attention to detail ensures that all processes are executed accurately and efficiently, making you a reliable point of contact for vendor onboarding and compliance requirements.

You possess a working knowledge of SAP, which is mandatory for this role — you are comfortable creating purchase requisitions and orders, and you understand the importance of maintaining accurate documentation flow. Your proficiency in MS Excel and operational tools enables you to manage trackers and documentation with ease, ensuring that all financial operations run smoothly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for vendor management and coordination — you will handle vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements, ensuring that all interactions are seamless and efficient. You will also coordinate with users and internal teams to resolve any issues that arise, facilitating effective service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include processing vendor invoices accurately and ensuring timely submissions — you will maintain and update invoice trackers for monitoring and reporting purposes, as well as manage employee reimbursements and advances according to company policies. You will track and follow up on purchase requisition and order statuses with concerned teams, ensuring that all financial operations are executed without delays.
