Who you are
You have a strong background in platform strategy and analytics, with at least 5 years of experience in a growth management role. Your expertise lies in defining technical and analytical strategies that maximize business impact while ensuring regulatory compliance. You are data-driven and have a proven track record of translating complex business questions into actionable insights. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to drive growth and operational efficiency.
You possess a deep understanding of growth metrics and have successfully owned the end-to-end product lifecycle for platform features that influence conversion, retention, and frequency. Your experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks allows you to architect solutions that enhance user engagement and drive P&L growth. You are skilled in building robust data models and reporting infrastructures, partnering with data engineering teams to create analytical pipelines that support business intelligence.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech or digital payments sector is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing financial services. You are comfortable working with large datasets and have a strong command of SQL for data analysis. Familiarity with tools for data visualization and reporting will further enhance your ability to communicate insights effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define the technical and analytical strategy for the Paytm Gold platform, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will lead the growth and experimentation engine, overseeing the product lifecycle for features that directly impact key growth metrics. Your responsibilities will include architecting and driving the A/B testing framework, ensuring that experiments are designed to yield actionable insights.
You will also take charge of data architecture leadership, translating complex business questions into robust data models and reporting infrastructures. Collaborating with data engineering, you will build the analytical pipelines and tools necessary for platform monitoring and business intelligence. Your role will be pivotal in driving the strategic direction of the Paytm Gold business, ensuring that it remains at the forefront of the digital payments landscape.
