Desirable
Familiarity with customer lifecycle management (CLM) tools is a plus, and prior experience with CleverTap will give you an edge. You have a knack for logical reasoning and can break down complex problem statements into manageable parts. While previous experience in operations is preferred, it is not mandatory.
