What you'll do

As a Growth Manager at Paytm, you will be responsible for the acquisition and activation of Soundbox and QR merchants through the Paytm for Business app. You will plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new merchants and optimizing their activation on the platform. Your role will involve analyzing transaction growth for merchants, both with and without devices, to identify opportunities for improvement.

You will collaborate closely with the product team to define and execute requirements that enhance user experiences and improve conversion rates. Additionally, you will work with the risk team to ensure that business operations are compliant and that risk mitigation strategies are effectively implemented. Your ability to communicate and coordinate with various teams will be crucial in maximizing business impact while minimizing risks.
