Paytm is hiring a Growth Manager to define and implement growth strategies for UPI transactions. You'll work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to drive user acquisition and retention. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in growth management.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in growth management, with at least 5 years of experience in defining and executing growth strategies. Your analytical mindset allows you to deeply understand user behavior and conversion funnels, enabling you to generate actionable insights that drive business performance. You are customer-centric, always looking to enhance the user experience by identifying pain points and implementing effective solutions. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, ensures that customer insights are integrated into strategic initiatives. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at identifying new growth opportunities and scaling successful initiatives across the business.
Desirable
Experience in the financial services or mobile payments industry is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics tools and frameworks will help you excel in this role. A background in digital marketing or user acquisition strategies will also be beneficial.
What you'll do
As the Growth Manager for Paytm's UPI team, you will define and implement the growth roadmap for customer targeting and conversion on the app. You will own key performance indicators related to conversion and retention, ensuring that growth strategies are effectively executed. Your role will involve developing go-to-market strategies, sales activations, and category campaigns that drive user acquisition and retention. You will lead the analytics charter, generating insights to optimize conversion rates and improve customer lifetime value. By championing customer-centricity, you will identify pain points across the booking journey and drive initiatives to enhance the overall experience. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that customer insights are integrated into the growth strategy, ultimately contributing to the success of Paytm's mission to democratize credit for consumers and merchants.
