Overview

Myntra is hiring a Manager for Key Account Management to drive advertising revenue through innovative brand solutions. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and manage a team of account managers. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in the e-commerce industry. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with key brand partners. Your proactive and self-driven nature ensures that you take ownership of your responsibilities and deliver results. You are adept at problem-solving and prioritization, with a keen eye for detail that helps you navigate complex challenges. Your negotiation and persuasion skills enable you to effectively pitch brand solutions and convert leads into successful partnerships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and deliver monetization targets for your category, creating a robust pipeline of brands to pitch for brand solutions. You will develop and regularly update monetization pitch decks tailored to your category and brands, ensuring that your presentations are compelling and data-driven. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of monetization media plans, including ad serving and reporting. You will create a monthly plan against your targets and monitor actuals, proactively identifying and addressing any gaps between targets and plans. Conducting monthly reviews with key brands will be essential to identify gaps and strategize for future months. You will also manage, coach, and inspire a team of account managers, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
