You have 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically in Customer Value Management (CVM) solutions. Your hands-on experience with CVM platforms has equipped you with a strong understanding of campaign orchestration, analytics-driven decision-making, and multi-channel engagement systems. You are adept at defining product vision and strategy, and you thrive in environments that require collaboration across various teams.
Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform product decisions, and you are skilled in using SQL to extract insights that drive product improvements. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders and team members alike. You are passionate about creating value for customers and have a track record of successfully launching products that meet market needs.
Desirable
Experience in the telecom industry is a plus, as is familiarity with digital platforms and financial services. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on the overall product strategy.
What you'll do
