You are adept at collaborating with various stakeholders, including vertical product managers and engineering leads — your ability to influence decisions and manage technical roadblocks is crucial in ensuring that product development stays on track. You thrive in environments where you can lead product team processes, particularly Agile and Scrum methodologies, to ensure that deliverables meet business objectives.

Your technical acumen enables you to understand different technology platforms and their features — you can write detailed product requirement documents and manage future roadmaps effectively. You are data-driven in your approach, ensuring that product reporting exists to track KPIs and measure success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product use cases and customer journeys — your insights will help shape the direction of the lending platform. You will lead the product team processes, ensuring that Agile methodologies are followed and that expectations are managed effectively.

You will be involved in testing products proactively, running edge cases, and providing feedback early in the development cycle — your hands-on approach will ensure that the entire customer journey is covered and that the product meets high standards of quality. You will also manage the product roadmap regularly, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary to align with business goals.
