Your ability to screen resumes and applications allows you to shortlist potential candidates effectively.

You are skilled in conducting initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidate suitability, ensuring that you maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You are organized and detail-oriented, capable of scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers while maintaining candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take the lead in understanding the hiring needs of different departments and work closely with stakeholders to align on candidate profiles. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various platforms and ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. Your role will involve screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process.
