Paytm is hiring a Team Lead for their Sales team in Chennai. You'll be responsible for managing sales enrollments and leading a team to achieve sales targets. Experience in channel sales and team management is required.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in channel sales, and have successfully managed a team of at least five members. Your market knowledge is robust, and you possess a zeal for growth, which drives your motivation to excel in sales. You understand the concepts of distribution and expansion, and you are familiar with metrics that gauge sales performance. You are equipped with a smartphone, bike, and helmet, ready to travel extensively to meet clients and prospects.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales enrollments and managing the sales team in Chennai. You will conduct market research to identify prospective customers and ensure that your team is actively engaging with them. Your leadership will motivate team members to achieve better sales results, and you will be expected to maintain a strong presence in the market to ensure regular enrollments and usage of Paytm's services. Building and maintaining relationships with key client personnel will be crucial to your success, as you will manage category leads from qualification to closure.
