What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Client Acquisition Team at Paytm, focusing on increasing the sale of EDC machines across multiple locations. You will set clear team goals and delegate tasks effectively to ensure that your team meets its objectives. Monitoring team performance and reporting on key metrics will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, as will motivating team members and recognizing high performance. You will also be responsible for discovering training needs and providing coaching to help your team members grow. Engaging with merchants to resolve queries and enhance their experience will be a key focus, as you drive overall engagement within the merchant base.
