What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Client Acquisition Team at Paytm, focusing on increasing the sale of EDC machines across multiple locations. You will drive engagement with the merchant base, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive tailored solutions that align with Paytm's strategic goals. You will monitor team performance and report on metrics, motivating team members to achieve high performance and recognizing their accomplishments. Additionally, you will encourage creativity and risk-taking within the team, suggesting and organizing team-building activities to strengthen team dynamics.
