Your ability to coordinate with various external locations, such as colleges and corporates, is essential for securing permissions and approvals for acquisition drives. You demonstrate high ownership over key operational metrics and are committed to achieving business growth through effective client engagement.
You have a proven track record in executing on-ground acquisition activities, showcasing your willingness to work directly in target locations. Your strong spoken English and language skills facilitate professional interactions, while your proficiency in using communication tools like WhatsApp and email ensures quick updates and documentation. You are detail-oriented and focused on operational excellence, always striving to improve processes and outcomes.
Desirable
Experience in the financial services or mobile payments industry is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and customer relationship management will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning new strategies that align with the organizationโs goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Client Acquisition Team, focusing on driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new clients. You will be responsible for executing high-speed acquisition initiatives on the ground, ensuring that your team meets its operational targets. Your leadership will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including colleges, corporates, and market representatives, to facilitate successful acquisition drives and events.
You will maintain regular communication with your team and external partners, providing updates and documentation as needed. Your role will require you to analyze market needs and develop tailored solutions that align with Paytmโs strategic goals. You will also be responsible for reporting on key operational metrics, ensuring that your team remains focused on achieving its objectives.
