PeopleGrove is hiring a Product Success Specialist to provide exceptional support for their CORE ELMS and CompMS platforms. You'll manage support requests and troubleshoot technical issues to empower educational institutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the platforms and the needs of higher education professionals.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer support or success, ideally within a SaaS environment, and understand the unique needs of higher education professionals. Your ability to empathize with users and provide accurate, timely support is key to your success in this role. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with partners, administrators, faculty, and students to ensure they can utilize the platforms to their fullest potential.
Desirable
Experience with educational technology platforms or a background in higher education is a plus. Familiarity with ticketing systems and support processes will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and eager to learn about new technologies and solutions that can enhance the user experience.
What you'll do
As a Product Success Specialist, you will be the first line of support for our partners and users, managing support requests through our ticketing system. You will troubleshoot technical issues and assist with platform configurations, ensuring that users can navigate our systems smoothly.
