What you'll do

In this role, you will be the go-to expert for customers facing high-complexity database issues. You will work closely with their DBA teams, gathering relevant data and investigating problems to provide detailed analyses of your findings. Your responsibilities will include conducting screen-sharing sessions for serious production-impacting issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting processes, and helping them navigate complex database environments. You will also have the opportunity to work on some of the largest database deployments in the world, assisting global Fortune 50 companies.

Your role will involve continuous learning and honing your database skills as you encounter unique challenges. You will collaborate with a global team of database experts, sharing insights and strategies to improve overall database performance. Additionally, you will participate in initiatives like the PAVE volunteering program and Women Transforming Technology, contributing to a positive company culture and community engagement.
