What you'll do

As the General Manager for Percona's MariaDB business, you will own and grow the database segment, driving innovation and scaling adoption of open-source software across both community and enterprise users. You will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for building a profitable, high-impact business. Your role will involve leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer success through various support and service offerings. You will also be tasked with amplifying Percona's voice in the industry, ensuring that the company remains a thought leader in the MariaDB ecosystem.

You will engage with stakeholders across the organization to align on goals and strategies, ensuring that the team remains focused and agile in achieving objectives.
