PerfectServe is seeking a Clinical Integration Analyst to design and implement healthcare communication solutions. You'll work on optimizing provider schedules and enhancing patient care. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical workflows and communication technologies.

You have a background in healthcare integration and a solid understanding of clinical workflows — you've worked closely with healthcare providers to enhance communication and improve patient outcomes. Your experience includes designing and implementing solutions that streamline processes and reduce clinician burnout. You are adept at using data to inform decisions and understand the importance of timely communication in a healthcare setting.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams — your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You are passionate about leveraging technology to improve patient care and are committed to continuous learning in the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
Desirable
Experience with cloud-based healthcare solutions or familiarity with KLAS-rated products would be a plus. You may also have knowledge of AI and analytics tools that can enhance clinical workflows and communication strategies.
What you'll do
