What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for developers seeking assistance with Phantom's SDKs and other products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling inbound questions via chat and email, where you will provide clear and friendly support. You will triage issues by capturing and creating concise internal notes that include minimal reproduction steps, logs, screenshots, and the impact on users and partner teams. Your ability to diagnose root causes and identify solutions will be crucial in helping developers focus on building with Phantom. Additionally, you will contribute to the AI support chatbot by providing training content and feedback to enhance the quality and safety of responses.
