What you'll do
As a Support Agent at Mandolin, you will be the first point of contact for customers with software-related questions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding support through fast and high-quality ticket resolution, enhancing the overall experience with our platform. You will triage and escalate bugs, product gaps, and feature requests to the engineering team, ensuring that customer feedback is effectively communicated. Working cross-functionally with teams in Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Success, you will identify patterns in support tickets and share insights that contribute to improving product quality. Your role will be pivotal in building internal standard operating procedures and external customer communications, directly impacting the future of Mandolin.
