Job Description
Who you are
You have a strategic mindset and experience in human resources, particularly in a business partner role. You understand the nuances of working with offline merchants and can navigate complex organizational structures to drive HR initiatives effectively. Your ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders is key to your success in this role.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess HR metrics and make data-driven decisions. You are adept at identifying talent needs and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Your communication skills enable you to convey HR policies and initiatives clearly to all levels of the organization.
What you'll do
As the Regional HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with the Merchant Business team to understand their HR needs and develop tailored strategies. You will be responsible for implementing HR programs that enhance employee engagement and performance. Your role will involve advising management on HR-related issues and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
You will also play a crucial role in talent acquisition, helping to attract and retain top talent for the Merchant Business. This includes developing recruitment strategies and participating in the interview process. Additionally, you will work on employee development initiatives, ensuring that team members have the resources and support they need to grow in their careers.
