Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in people operations, particularly in managing employee exit processes and benefits administration. Your experience includes overseeing end-to-end management of employee benefits and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You are adept at creating a supportive environment for employees during their transition, demonstrating empathy and understanding throughout the process.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively liaise with various stakeholders, including HR, management, and employees. Your ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism is a key strength. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all processes are executed smoothly and efficiently.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of employee exit processes, ensuring that all necessary steps are followed and that employees feel supported during their transition. You will oversee benefits administration, ensuring that employees receive the appropriate information and support regarding their benefits. You will collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve the overall employee experience.
You will also be involved in developing policies and procedures related to exit and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure that PhonePe remains compliant and competitive in its offerings.
