You have a strong background in managing leave and benefits programs, with experience in developing and implementing comprehensive benefits strategies that align with organizational goals. Your expertise in group benefits plans, wellness programs, and leave of absence policies enables you to create a holistic benefits package that meets the diverse needs of employees. You are skilled in collaborating with various stakeholders, including brokers and internal teams, to ensure the effective delivery of benefits programs. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess the effectiveness of benefits offerings and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. You are passionate about employee well-being and understand the importance of creating a supportive work environment that fosters engagement and retention.
What you'll do
As the Leave & Benefits Lead at StackAdapt, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and review of our global leave of absence and benefits programs. This includes developing and implementing company-wide group benefits plans that encompass health, dental, and welfare options. You will work closely with global brokers to negotiate and manage benefits contracts, ensuring that our offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry standards. Additionally, you will partner with internal stakeholders across different functions to deliver a comprehensive wellness program that supports employee health and well-being. Your role will involve regularly reviewing and updating time off policies to ensure they meet the needs of our diverse workforce. You will also analyze data related to benefits utilization and employee feedback to continuously improve our offerings and enhance employee satisfaction. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of well-being and ensuring that our benefits programs are effectively communicated to all employees.
