Who you are

You have extensive experience in payroll and benefits administration, ideally with a focus on managing large teams and high-volume payroll processes. You understand the complexities of payroll systems and are adept at ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Your strong analytical skills enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. You are a proactive communicator, capable of collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless payroll operations. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering accurate and timely payroll services. What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage the entire payroll and benefits operations for PhonePe's salesforce. You will oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with HR and finance teams to develop and implement payroll policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will also be responsible for managing employee benefits programs, ensuring that they meet the needs of the workforce while aligning with the company's goals. Additionally, you will analyze payroll data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. You will lead a team of payroll specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery. Your role will also involve staying updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to maintain compliance and improve payroll processes.
