What you'll do
As a Growth Manager at PhonePe, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition and activation for our Merchant Lending platform. You will analyze market trends and user behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborating with product and engineering teams, you will help design and implement features that enhance the lending experience for our users.
You will also track key performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to optimize user journeys and conversion rates.
