What you'll do
In this role, you will design frictionless digital journeys for merchants, focusing on onboarding, credit decisioning, KYC, disbursement, repayment, and closure. You will identify and eliminate drop-off points using funnel data and user feedback, ensuring a seamless experience for users. Your nuanced understanding of small business ownersβ needs will guide your efforts in translating insights into effective UI/UX designs that build trust and reduce cognitive load. You will manage future roadmaps and deliverables, using data to identify bottlenecks and define hypotheses for testing. Running experiments, including A/B tests, will be a key part of your responsibilities as you strive to enhance the lending experience for merchants. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that product requirements are met and that the technology platforms align with user needs.
