What you'll do
In this role, you will design and optimize the digital journeys for merchants in the lending space, focusing on onboarding, credit decisioning, KYC, disbursement, repayment, and closure processes. You will develop a nuanced understanding of small business ownersβ needs, anxieties, and motivations when borrowing, translating those insights into UI/UX that builds trust and reduces cognitive load. You will evangelize customer-first practices within the merchant lending space, ensuring that the product aligns with user expectations and needs.
You will manage future roadmaps and deliverables, using data to identify bottlenecks and define hypotheses for product improvements. Running experiments, including A/B tests, will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, allowing you to validate assumptions and iterate on product features. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product vision is executed effectively and meets the needs of the target audience.
