What you'll do

As the Head of Cross-Platform, you will lead the Rust team in developing innovative solutions that enhance the user experience — your role involves setting the technical direction and ensuring the team is equipped to meet ambitious goals. You will oversee the development of the internal SDK, making strategic decisions that impact the product's future.

You will collaborate closely with other departments, including product management and design, to align technical capabilities with user needs — your insights will help shape the product roadmap and prioritize features that deliver value to users. Regularly reviewing team performance and providing constructive feedback will be key to fostering a high-performing culture.

You will also be responsible for managing the team's growth and development — this includes identifying skill gaps, facilitating training opportunities, and ensuring that team members are engaged and motivated. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a positive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

What we offer
