What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the entire Compensation & Benefits strategy for Pigment, ensuring that it aligns with the company's objectives and culture. You will analyze market trends and benchmark data to develop competitive compensation packages that attract and retain talent. You will collaborate with the Head of People to design and implement compensation structures that are fair and equitable across the organization. Additionally, you will oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet the needs of employees while remaining cost-effective for the company.

You will conduct regular audits of compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies. You will also provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding compensation-related inquiries, fostering a culture of transparency and trust. Your role will involve preparing reports and presentations for leadership, showcasing the effectiveness of compensation strategies and their impact on employee engagement and retention.
