You have a strong background in customer success and retention strategies β you've successfully managed customer relationships and understand the importance of ensuring clients see ongoing value in the services provided. Your commercial acumen allows you to navigate contractual discussions with confidence and precision, ensuring that both the company and the customer are aligned in their goals.
You thrive in collaborative environments β working closely with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Sales, and Legal is second nature to you. You understand how to leverage insights from these teams to forecast renewals and execute a consistent, scalable renewal motion. Your ability to analyze customer data and feedback helps you identify areas for improvement and drive customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
As a Renewals Manager at Pigment, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for our scaled segment. This includes developing strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction, ensuring that customers continue to derive value from our AI-powered business planning platform. You will engage in contractual discussions, helping customers navigate their agreements with clarity and confidence.
You will partner closely with the Customer Success team to identify at-risk accounts and develop proactive strategies to mitigate churn. Collaborating with Sales, you will work to understand customer needs and align our offerings to meet those needs effectively. Your role will also involve forecasting renewals and tracking key metrics to measure success.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience at Pigment, ensuring that our clients feel supported and valued throughout their journey with us. You will contribute to the overall strategy of the company by providing insights based on customer interactions and feedback, helping to refine our approach to customer success.
