Highspot is hiring a Renewals Manager to drive customer retention and satisfaction for SMB & Commercial customers. You'll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to manage the renewal process. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and experience in customer relationship management.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS environment — your experience has equipped you with the skills to manage customer relationships effectively and ensure satisfaction. You understand the importance of customer retention and are passionate about helping clients maximize the value of their investments. Your strong communication skills allow you to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Revenue Operations, to deliver exceptional service.
You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple accounts and renewal processes simultaneously. Your analytical mindset helps you identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ensuring that customers are aware of the full range of solutions available to them. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable using data to drive decisions and improve customer experiences.
What you'll do
As a Renewals Manager at Highspot, you will play a crucial role in managing the full renewal process for our SMB & Commercial customers. You will work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless renewal experience, addressing any concerns that may arise during the process. Your goal will be to drive customer retention and satisfaction, ensuring that clients continue to see value in Highspot's solutions.
You will identify opportunities to expand customer value, collaborating with various departments to enhance the overall customer experience. By leveraging your understanding of customer needs and the Highspot platform, you will help clients maximize their use of our solutions, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success. You will also be responsible for tracking renewal metrics and reporting on customer health, providing insights that will inform future strategies.
