What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for owning the data strategy that supports Pigment's global Customer Success & Professional Services organizations. You will analyze customer data to understand health metrics, predict risks, and drive retention and expansion efforts across complex enterprise accounts. Collaborating closely with CS leadership, you will ensure that decisions are grounded in trusted, scalable data. Your insights will help shape strategies that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
You will work on developing dashboards and reports that provide visibility into customer health and engagement metrics. By leveraging your analytical skills, you will identify trends and patterns that inform strategic decisions. You will also partner with various teams to ensure alignment on data-driven initiatives, facilitating discussions that lead to actionable outcomes. Your role will be pivotal in helping the organization navigate customer challenges and capitalize on opportunities for expansion.
