What you'll do

In this role, you will autonomously negotiate a high volume of complex agreements, including real estate, workplace services, benefits vendor agreements, and SaaS contracts. You will leverage your knowledge of data security and data privacy to counsel the business on risks associated with their transactions. Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Real Estate/Workplace, Engineering Services, and Outsourced Services, to align legal strategies with business objectives.

You will also be responsible for providing ongoing legal support and guidance to internal stakeholders, helping them navigate legal challenges and ensuring that their transactions are executed smoothly. Your role will require you to stay updated on legal trends and best practices in commercial law, allowing you to provide informed advice to the business. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of compliance and risk management within the organization.
