What you'll do

As a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Pinterest, you will take on a leadership role within the Programmatic Ads team, defining and executing the technical strategy for building and scaling our third-party ads serving infrastructure. You will lead efforts to rearchitect and refine existing systems, ensuring they meet the high throughput and low latency requirements of our advertising solutions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to create innovative solutions that enhance user engagement and drive revenue growth.

You will also be responsible for building the team roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that align with Pinterest's mission to inspire users through creative ideas. By leveraging state-of-the-art serving infrastructure, you will ensure that ads are efficiently served to users across all surfaces.
