You have experience in managing customer disputes and collections, ensuring timely and accurate investigation of disputed charges. You understand the importance of proactive outreach for outstanding balances and have a knack for effective negotiation to recover overdue payments. What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of customer disputes and collections, from initial inquiry through to resolution and payment. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that disputes are handled efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include investigating disputed charges, negotiating with customers, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
