Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in search engine marketing, specifically in managing paid search campaigns across platforms like Google and Bing. Your technical expertise in SEM is complemented by a strong commercial judgment that allows you to improve acquisition efficiency and funnel quality. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various teams including Martech, Analytics, Finance, Product, and Sales to optimize SEM initiatives.
You are data-driven and have a proven track record of driving measurable growth through continuous experimentation and high-quality execution. Your ability to partner with agencies and build a world-leading internal team sets you apart. You understand the nuances of local search engines and can adapt strategies accordingly to maximize impact.
What you'll do
As the Senior SEM Manager at Pipedrive, you will lead the global paid search strategy, ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with the company's growth objectives. You will collaborate with your agency partners to execute high-quality SEM initiatives while continuously experimenting to find the best strategies for growth. Your role will involve analyzing performance data to make informed decisions that enhance acquisition efficiency and overall revenue impact.
