What you'll do
As the Senior SEM Manager at Pipedrive, you will lead the global paid search strategy, focusing on driving measurable growth through effective SEM initiatives. You will collaborate with our agency partners to ensure high-quality execution of campaigns across Google, Bing, and local search engines. Your role will involve planning and optimizing SEM initiatives in collaboration with the Martech, Analytics, Finance, Product, and Sales teams. You will analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that enhance acquisition efficiency and funnel quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for continuous experimentation, testing new approaches to maximize revenue impact. Your insights will directly influence Pipedrive's growth trajectory, making this a critical role within the organization.
