Who you are

You have a strong background in growth marketing with hands-on experience in executing demand generation programs. You thrive in scrappy environments where clarity, judgment, and execution matter more than headcount or big budgets. You are comfortable owning channels and campaigns, measuring what matters, and working closely with sales to ensure marketing efforts translate into pipeline and revenue.

You possess a data-driven mindset and are skilled in optimizing campaigns through testing and iteration. Your experience includes managing customer acquisition channels such as SEO, SEM, paid social, and events. You are ready to take meaningful ownership of growth programs and help build a demand engine that works effectively.

Desirable

Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like 6sense and Demandbase. You are eager to sharpen your strategic instincts and grow into broader marketing leadership as the business scales.

What you'll do

In this role, you will execute and optimize demand generation programs with a primary focus on high-quality inbound pipeline for enterprise mortgage lenders. You will run day-to-day execution across various customer acquisition channels, ensuring disciplined budget management. Your responsibilities will include managing campaign performance from audience targeting to measuring marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and opportunities.

You will collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring that your campaigns effectively generate qualified leads. You will leverage tools such as HubSpot and Pardot to deploy targeted content and measure campaign success. Your role will require you to analyze performance data and iterate on strategies to improve results continuously.
