You have extensive experience in technical recruiting, particularly in the fields of AI and machine learning — you understand the nuances of sourcing candidates for specialized roles such as LLM, inference optimization, and GPU engineering. Your background enables you to engage effectively with senior-level engineers and researchers, building strong relationships that facilitate successful hires.

You are adept at using advanced sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent — your proactive approach ensures that you are always ahead of the curve in finding the best candidates for Nebius AI. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with engineering leadership to understand their needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

Your passion for AI and cloud computing drives you to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies — you are not just a recruiter; you are a partner in building a world-class engineering team that will shape the future of AI infrastructure. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value proposition of Nebius AI to potential candidates effectively.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for deep technical sourcing of candidates in the AI and ML space — you will proactively identify and engage with senior-level engineers and researchers across various domains, including LLM and inference optimization. Your efforts will directly contribute to scaling Nebius AI's AI and R&D teams by building high-quality talent pipelines.

You will partner closely with engineering leadership to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies — your insights will help shape the future of the engineering team at Nebius AI. You will conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit, ensuring that only the best talent is brought on board.

You will also manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and maintaining open lines of communication — your goal is to create a positive experience for all candidates, regardless of the outcome. You will track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on progress and challenges, using data to inform your strategies.
