Job Description
Who you are
You have over 6 years of brand and marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role covering multiple European markets. Your proven track record in brand management, public relations, social media, product marketing, and integrated campaigns sets you apart. You possess a strong network of European marketing resources and have a deep understanding of cultural nuances across different markets. Native-level English proficiency is essential, and fluency in at least one additional European language such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian is highly desirable.
What you'll do
As the Head of EU Marketing, you will define and adapt Plaudβs global brand positioning for the European audience, ensuring cultural and market relevance in each focus country. You will lead the PR strategy and media relations across key European markets, securing coverage in top-tier tech, business, and vertical media. Your role will involve driving a localized social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook, tailored for each market. You will partner with the global product team to localize product messaging, features, and go-to-market strategies for European customers. Additionally, you will develop and oversee the creation of high-quality, market-specific content, including blogs, videos, product guides, case studies, and campaigns. Planning and executing full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns that combine PR, digital, social, events, and partnerships will be a key responsibility, along with managing campaign budgets, timelines, and KPIs to optimize performance for maximum ROI.
