Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the EMEA region, and possess the ability to drive significant revenue growth. Your leadership style is ethical and effective, allowing you to build and maintain a high-performance team of Account Executives. You are strategic in your approach, developing sales strategies that align with company goals while also being a great mentor and coach to your team members.

With experience in managing large quotas, you understand the importance of both new business acquisition and account expansion. You are skilled in engaging with executives and senior business leaders, providing sales consulting that influences decision-making and drives results. Your ability to build a prospecting strategy for new sales opportunities is complemented by your analytical skills, allowing you to forecast effectively and achieve quotas.

What you'll do

As the Head of Sales at Rescale, you will lead the EMEA sales team, driving enterprise sales at strategic and named accounts. You will develop and implement sales strategies and plans for your assigned account group, ensuring that your team meets their quarterly and annual quotas. You will be responsible for building a high-performance team, selecting the best talent, and setting them up for success. Your role will involve driving 30% net new logo business wins and 70% expansion of existing accounts to hit quota.

You will engage with executives and senior business leaders, providing sales consulting to influence their decisions and deliver on customer requests. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where your team can thrive and achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities and ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
