You have experience in technical recruiting, ideally within the technology sector, and understand the nuances of hiring for engineering roles. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external candidates. You value a continuous learning environment and are committed to improving processes through thoughtful experimentation and collaborative feedback.
You are data-driven in your approach to recruiting, using market trends and internal metrics to refine your strategy and improve process efficiency. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring that you meet the hiring objectives of various teams. You are passionate about creating a seamless candidate experience that reflects Stripe's operating principles.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with multiple internal stakeholders to understand their hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies that align with long-term organizational goals. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. Your responsibilities will include engaging passive talent and building pipelines that meet the needs of Stripe's technology teams across APAC.
You will advise leadership on talent strategy and market insights, ensuring that the recruiting process is efficient and effective. You will leverage data to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process. Your role will also involve collaborating with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and ensure that they accurately reflect the skills and experience required for each position.
