You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in SaaS or financial technology. You excel at building relationships and understanding customer needs, ensuring they receive maximum value from the solutions provided. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and adept at turning complex problems into simple, actionable solutions. Desirable
Experience in spend management or financial services is a plus, as is familiarity with customer relationship management tools. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on customer outcomes.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Pleo, you will own a portfolio of customers, guiding them through their journey with our spend management solutions. You will be responsible for driving product adoption and ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes. This involves regular check-ins, understanding their evolving needs, and providing tailored support. You will analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, proactively addressing any challenges they may face. Collaborating closely with the Customer Experience team, you will contribute to the development of best practices and strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in onboarding new customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience from the start. Your insights will help shape product development and customer engagement strategies, making a direct impact on our overall success.
