Desirable

Experience in spend management or financial services is a plus, as is familiarity with customer relationship management tools. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on customer outcomes.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Pleo, you will own a portfolio of customers, guiding them through their journey with our spend management solutions. You will be responsible for driving product adoption and ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes. This involves regular check-ins, understanding their evolving needs, and providing tailored support. You will analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, proactively addressing any challenges they may face.
