You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the SaaS industry. You understand the importance of customer relationships and are passionate about helping clients achieve their goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and challenges, and you take pride in delivering exceptional service. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Pleo, you will be responsible for onboarding new SMB customers and ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, providing tailored support and guidance. You will monitor customer engagement and satisfaction, proactively addressing any issues that arise. Collaborating with the product and engineering teams, you will relay customer feedback to help shape future product enhancements. You will also develop and deliver training sessions to empower customers in using Pleo’s platform effectively. Your role will involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout their journey with Pleo.
