What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager for the Backoffice Platform, you will own the product vision and strategy, ensuring that it aligns with Pleo's overall mission to simplify spend management. You will define the roadmap for the internal backoffice foundations, focusing on permissions, workflows, auditability, and decision-making processes. Your role will involve close collaboration with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that the development process runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will conduct user research to gather insights on internal processes and identify areas for improvement. By analyzing user feedback and performance metrics, you will continuously iterate on the product to enhance user experience and drive adoption. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and engaged throughout the product lifecycle.

In addition, you will lead cross-functional teams in executing product initiatives, facilitating sprint planning, and coordinating go-to-market strategies. Your ability to balance short-term wins with long-term strategic goals will be crucial in driving the success of the Backoffice Platform. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and experimentation.
