What you'll do
As a Staff Engineer on the Design Systems team, you will lead the engineering direction and execution of our design system, ensuring it meets the needs of our users and aligns with our product vision. You will collaborate closely with designers and product managers to create a cohesive and accessible experience across all platforms. Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers, guiding them in best practices for implementing design systems, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. You will also be responsible for evaluating and integrating new technologies that enhance our design system's capabilities, ensuring that we stay at the forefront of industry standards.
